1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing flux-light.digital and enrolling in programs operated by Flux Light Academy ("we", "us"), you agree to these General Terms. If you disagree, do not use our services. We may update these terms; material changes will be posted with a revised "Last updated" date.
2. Services Description
We provide online professional education focused on mobile software development, including cohort-based and self-paced courses, mentor feedback, and related materials. Features may vary by program; specific deliverables are described on each course page.
3. Eligibility and Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and safeguard credentials. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend access for violations of these terms or applicable law.
4. Intellectual Property
Course materials, videos, exercises, and branding remain our property or our licensors'. You receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal learning during enrollment. Redistribution, resale, or public rebroadcast is prohibited without written consent.
5. Learner Conduct
You agree not to interfere with our platforms, harass staff or participants, upload malware, or attempt unauthorized access. Collaborative assignments must respect others' intellectual property and privacy.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under Japanese law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to a course will not exceed the fees you paid for that course in the twelve months preceding the claim.
7. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Courts in Tokyo, Japan shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.
8. Termination and Modifications
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. We may modify programs for operational, legal, or quality reasons; where changes materially affect enrolled learners, we will describe remedies available under our Money-Back Policy and consumer rights.
