Money-Back Policy
1. Scope
This policy applies to tuition paid directly to Flux Light Academy for listed courses. Third-party exam fees, device purchases, and app store charges are excluded.
2. Eligibility Window
You may request a refund within fourteen (14) days of purchase provided you have not accessed more than twenty percent (20%) of recorded materials or attended more than one live session, whichever applies.
3. Full Refunds
Where eligibility is met and no disqualifying factors apply, we will refund one hundred percent (100%) of tuition to the original payment method.
4. Partial Refunds
If you exceed usage thresholds but withdraw before the midpoint due to documented medical or relocation hardship, we may offer a partial credit toward a future cohort at our discretion.
5. Non-Refundable Items
Administrative fees for certification partners, shipping of hardware kits, or bespoke mentor blocks purchased à la carte are non-refundable once delivered or scheduled.
6. Process and Timing
Email hello@flux-light.digital with your enrollment reference. We respond within five (5) business days. Approved refunds are processed within ten (10) business days; bank timelines may vary.
7. Japanese Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory rights under the Consumer Contract Act and other applicable Japanese law. If a statutory cooling-off period applies to your transaction, those rules prevail where they conflict with this document.
